Welcome. This site runs Open Government Records (OGR) , a technology that provides communities of academics, researchers, and citizens with software for making, tracking, and sharing freedom of information requests and their responsive records. OGR is a plugin for the Open Journal System (OJS) journal publishing software. OGR is presently in a highly functional development stage.
